Suppliers, who kept on delivering goods to their customers, have accrued substantial amounts of unpaid receivables, most of them already outstanding.
Even though the suppliers actually have the money, their financial liquidity is not in a good condition. This usually causes them to obtain lower credit ratings on the market, which in turn leads to trouble receiving bank credit.
